How can I pay for my order?
When you have selected the items for purchase please proceed to checkout. The payment options are paypal balance, credit card, or debit card. We accept all major credit cards. If you would like to arrange alternate payment please call 800-848-4621 ext 200 or email your order to
PayPal Account Balance
If you are paying by paypal balance please select PAYPAL from the checkout page. This option will allow you to sign into your paypal account and send funds. If you would like to call in and place an order but pay via paypal that is also possible. We will send you a PO for the amount of your order and you can send the funds to our paypal email address.
If you are paying online via credit card please select the PAYPAL option from the checkout page. Make sure to checkout as a guest. Do not sign into your paypal account if you would like to use a credit card. If you sign in paypal will automatically use your account balance then put the rest on the credit card.
When and how will my stock order ship? Can I pick the order up?
Almost all stock items will ship the next business day via USPS Priority Mail. The ship time is 2-7 days on average depending on where you are located. A style being out of stock or back ordered are generally the only reasons for a delay. If you live in New York City and prefer to pickup your order we offer this as an option as well. When will my custom order ship? Do you provide a rush service?
Most custom orders ship in 7-10 business days depending on the product and proof approval. We define a business day as Monday through Friday. Our team can provide a rush service depending on the item. Not always but sometimes rush fees or higher shipping fees may apply in order to make your inhand date. We will ship all stock item orders free via USPS priority mail but other services will be in additional if requested. All orders come with tracking and we will assist you if the package is lost.
How do I request a quote?
If you would like to request a quote please email , visit the Request a quote page, or call 800-848-4621 ext 200. A list of information needed for a quote can be found both below and on the request a quote page. If you would like suggestions on materials for your next campaign events we are available from 8-6 Monday through Friday. We generally quote the same business day but being details can only make the process faster.
